Edit text, photos and pages

Everything on your site — text, photos, pages and the rest — is edited in its admin. What you find there depends on the template: a restaurant template, for example, also has its menus, opening hours and bookings.

How editing works

• Live preview. Most changes show up in a preview beside the editor as you type.
• Pages are made of blocks. Each section of a page is a block: add, remove or reorder them, and edit their text and photos.
• Photos. Upload your own in place of the starter ones. Large photos are fine — the site makes the sizes it needs.
• Save, then publish. Changes stay a draft until you press Publish — only then do visitors see them.

Your trial comes filled with example text and photos, so you can see how everything fits together. Replace them with your own; anything you don't change stays as it is.
